Judge Lou Olivera

After serving our county for years and making Cumberland County his home, Lou continued to serve. He served and supported many organizations to include the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Habitat for Humanity, the Heart Walk, March of Dimes, the United Way, the Rape Crisis Center, the Police Activity League, the Public Works Commission, the Airborne and Special Operations Museum, as Vice President of the North Carolina Bar Association and many others.

Lou was internationally recognized for serving a prison sentence with a Veteran he sentenced in the Veterans Treatment Court where he presides.
